Can I track my order?

Yes. All orders will have a tracking number. Once the warehouse has processed and shipped the order, you will received a notification email with tracking. All packages will be shipped via UPS.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, for all orders over $150. For orders under $150, a based shipping rate depending on location, will be calculated at checkout.

Do you accept returns?

Yes*. We accept returns on regular price items purchased from the online store as long as they are unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached, and within 30 days from the date of delivery.

For all exchange inquiry, please send us an email at We will place a new order and waive your Shipping and Handling fees for the new merchandise.
